Katelyn Fuller
Legislative Research Associate
Katelyn Fuller serves as TZG’s Legislative Research Associate, providing
legislative support, research, and comprehensive bill tracking for TZG
clients. In her role, she prepares legislative tracking reports, policy memos and identifies
pertinent news and press releases of interest to clients.
Before joining TZG, Katelyn played a significant role at the Biden Institute at the University of
Delaware. The Biden Institute, part of the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and
Administration at the University of Delaware, is a leading research center committed to
addressing policy issues through collaboration among scholars and leaders. Katelyn’s
involvement included promoting civil discourse and policy discussion. Katelyn also contributed
to research under the Stavros Niarchos Foundation as a partner of the Biden Institute.
Katelyn brings experience from her time as an intern and assistant at a lobbying
firm in Delaware, where she assisted in developing reports for clients and tracked legislation.
Katelyn earned her Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Sport Management from
the University of Delaware in 2023.
