Stephen Curcio

Stephen Curcio serves as TZG’s Legislative Research Associate. In this role, he provides support to our lobbyists on a wide range of projects and does comprehensive bill tracking for TZG clients. In addition, he attends legislative committee hearings and prepares policy memos and identifies pertinent news and press releases of interest to clients. Before joining TZG, Stephen played an important role in a statewide campaign in the State of Delaware. On the campaign trail, Stephen regularly communicated with stakeholders, assisted in fundraising efforts and engaged in policy discussions with voters in Delaware.

Stephen also brings experience from several internships with elected officials and in State agencies, both in New Jersey and Delaware. Stephen interned for Delaware Governor John Carney, Senator Tom Carper and Secretary of State Jeffrey Bullock. In New Jersey, he interned at the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection’s Office of Legal, Regulatory and Legislative Affairs. In each of these roles, he gained valuable experience analyzing and tracking legislation that has given him a strong background to build upon here at TZG. Stephen earned two Bachelor’s Degrees from the University of Delaware, one in Public Policy and the other in Political Science.
