As Executive Vice President at The Zita Group, Beth Dohm provides legislative and public affairs advice to Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and trade and professional associations.

A highly effective lobbyist, Beth has led complex legislative efforts across healthcare, telecommunications, and corporate policy, developing and executing strategies that have resulted in the enactment of numerous pieces of legislation on behalf of her clients. She manages key client accounts and ensures clients stay informed, prepared and positioned as issues evolve in Trenton.

In addition to client work, Beth oversees the firm’s political fundraising outreach, internal office operations, and the firm’s communications and social media program.

Beth’s path to lobbying began in Bergen County, where she grew up in a civically engaged household that valued public service and participation. Early internships and mentorship from influential women in New Jersey politics reinforced the belief that government can be a force for good. After earning a degree in political science from Rutgers University, she began her career as a legislative aide to two former state legislators. That experience inside government shaped her ability to understand how decisions are made and anticipate challenges.
